Thanks to the 7.5 kW alloy steel burner, independent use is allowed on half or the entire surface of the grill, so you can cook different types of food at the right temperature. Especially for your service, the base 2 Series Classic L is equipped with two folding side tables with hooks to have the necessary tools by your side. The baking surface consists of two enameled steel grills that can serve up to 10 people. The diffuser also serves to distribute the heat evenly over the entire surface of 2100 cm2.
The temperature is easily regulated by the switches while the thermometer on the lid allows you to monitor the temperature during cooking. In the area under the lid there is a grill for slow cooking and keeping the roasts at a good temperature. The base has a front shelf for spices or condiments for baking and inside a rack for placing the bottle. The grill moves easily thanks to the two large wheels and takes up less space during storage thanks to the folding tables.
