Transport of returned products

The return request takes effect from the date you declare the request for the return of the merchandise.

The products you want to return must be in excellent condition (for items that have factory packaging, their packaging must not have been tampered with or damaged). You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product falls under warranty due to a manufacturing defect. If you open the product packaging, you should take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to the company's central warehouses in Kato Polemidia (the address is mentioned above). The service hours for returning products are Monday - Friday: 09:00 to 17:00.

The customer/user has the ability to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt. If they are not returned within 14 calendar days, then EFT EUROFURNITURE TRADERS IMP-EXP LTD may not accept any return or replacement of the product.

Apart from the rights provided by the return policy, all rights that apply to consumers from existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract, as well as any right arising in relation to the warranty terms of the products, are recognized in any case.

Refund of the value of returned products

If you meet the return conditions, we will refund you the amount corresponding to the value of the merchandise you are returning, through the same means that the payment was made.

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper assembly, misuse or storage, lack of cleanliness, or scratches/bumps or any other type of accident. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, products that have been placed in an outdoor space or in a humid environment, or use other than domestic, unless otherwise stated. For better service, you can contact the support department of Polihome. In any case, it is considered that the check for any damages is carried out within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a problem or damage is reported within 14 days, it is necessary for the consumer to have photographs of the products before the packages are opened, to determine if these have been caused by the transport company.

As an exception, exhibition products, as used products, are not covered by warranty.

Regarding beds and sofas, the warranty does not cover damages to the sofa or bed due to abnormal environmental conditions (humidity, exposure to excessive heat, cold or light, etc.), overload, insufficient care (tearing, burning, use of inappropriate cleaners, etc.), damages due to the use of non-authentic accessories or spare parts or due to the intervention of a third party before POLIHOME.

Regarding mattresses, the warranty covers any defects due to the construction or materials of the mattress and not damages from usual wear and tear, mishandling, improper placement, lack of cleanliness, scratches, bumps, or any other kind of accident. During the validity of the warranty, the product or its parts are either repaired by Polihome.

Products made of natural & unprocessed wood may show a slight alteration over time (e.g., In oak, beech, and walnut veneer, due to the natural character of the wood, there is a possibility of some color alteration due to natural causes, such as sun, light, or other environmental conditions).

Products made of solid wood are living organisms and need special maintenance care.

The warranty of the products does not include the dispatch of company technicians, as well as the transport for replacement of the product to and from the customer's place; these services are charged separately and do not constitute part of the warranty. The warranty concerns the product and not its transport.

Under no circumstances is the monetary amount of the purchase of the product refunded.

General rights

Apart from the rights provided by the warranty, all rights that apply to consumers from existing provisions and laws regarding the sales contract are recognized in any case. The consumer's rights under the law are cumulative to the rights provided by the warranty.

12. MISCELLANEOUS

Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g., bad weather conditions, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time, we will inform you via email, in order for you to declare if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order. EFT EUROFURNITURE TRADERS IMP-EXP LTD bears no responsibility for any situation that is beyond its own fault and will do whatever is humanly possible for your better service.

In cases where you have placed an electronic order and upon receipt, you find that a product (or products) is missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all the details required and to send you the products you did not receive without any additional charge.
