We can keep your order in our central warehouse and route it to you at a later time, as long as you have let us know approximately when you want to receive it. Polihome can hold your order for up to 15 days from the date you originally specified.

Product Delivery

The service of bringing items upstairs is available upon arrangement with the shipping company that will handle the delivery of your order.

All products in your order will be delivered in one route. If you wish for the available products in your order to be delivered earlier, please notify us at 220 52 736 by selecting extension 2 to schedule more deliveries.

Products are delivered within a time range set by the shipping company. You will be notified by the shipping company one day before delivery. If you are not available for receipt, a new delivery will be arranged by the shipping company for another day.

The shipping cost is determined based on the volume of the products, the destination, and the supplier's location. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our online store during the checkout process. In case we don't have an offer for your location, we can route your order to the shipping agency of your choice. In any case, after you create your order, a company representative will contact you within 1 business day to confirm that you agree with the shipping costs of your order.

We do our utmost to get your order to you promptly. The delivery time depends on the following:

  • The promptness of the shipping company in your area.
  • The time it takes for the supplier/manufacturer to provide us with the product.

Shipping companies route the orders up to the entrance of the sidewalk for major urban centers. For destinations considered remote, delivery is made to the nearest warehouses in the area.
